Band Trip SY 2009-2010

The Band and Flag Trip for School Year 2009-2010 will be a trip to DisneyWorld from June 8th through the 14th!

Basic Trip Information

Disney's 25th Anniversary of Magic Music Days program, we will be leaving on June 8th and returning June 14th.
 
Each student must contribute $850 toward the cost of the trip, either through fund raising efforts or cash payments. The cost of the trip will be all inclusive (Includes travel by charter bus, 4 nights lodging in the Walt Disney Resort, all meals (20) 5 day Park Hopper admission pass and performance fees.)
 
Payment Deadlines: Students must contribute funds as outlined from either fund raising or cash payments. Failure to have the necessary funds as outlined below may result in a student being removed from the trip. All payments must be made by Check or Money Order made payable to Madison Band/Flag Booster Club, no CASH will be accepted!
 
Janurary 31st - $210
March 15th -    $210
April 30th -      $210
June 5th -        $220

 Refund Schedule/Agreement:

Because we commit funds based upon participation at different stages in the trip planning, we must establish a refund schedule to be certain we cover out of pocket costs for any cancellations. Cash Payments may be refunded as established blew. Fundraising monies are allocated to pay for student travel, but belong to the organization so therefore cannot be issued as a cash refund. 

Refund Schedule:

Written Cancellation received before Feb. 29th: Refund of cash payments in excess of $220 or reallocation of fundraising credits in excess of $220 for future ($220 retained to cover expenses committed)

Written Cancellation received between Feb. 29th and April 4th: Refund of cash payments in excess of $440 or reallocation of fundraising credits in excess of $440 for future ($440 retained to cover expenses committed)



Written Cancellation received on or after April 15th: Refund of cash payments in excess of $475 or reallocation of fundraising credits in excess of $475 for future ($475 retained to cover expenses committed)
